Tirzepatide for weight loss – Tested Protocol
Month one- 2.5mg (25 units) weekly
Month two – 5mg (50 units) weekly
Month three – 7.5mg (75 units) weekly
Month four – 10mg (50 units) weekly (higher concentration)
Month five – 12.5mg (62.5 units) weekly
Month six – 15mg (75 units) weekly

As suggested, the article from which I took this graph is included above.
All of the listed dosages began at 2.5mg/wk and increased by 2.5mg per week until they reached their study dosage.
The 5mg dose group maintained 5mg/wk throughout the study period. Same with the 10mg and 15mg groups.
All the groups followed a weight reducing diet and a regular exercise program.
I was surprised at how well the 5mg group did. This was encouraging to me.
Buried in the article is the statement that: fat tissue loss was 3 times more than lean tissue loss. This is similar to losing weight with “Lifestyle-based” weight loss or surgical weight loss. This debunks the myth that Tirzepatide causes more muscle loss than fat loss.
